OSCAR-WINNING WICKED ACTRESS DELIGHTS FANS WITH SNAPS FROM WICKLOW TRIP
Oscar-winning actress Michelle Yeoh has taken to social media to share some stunning snaps from her visit to Wicklow.
The Wicked star posed in front of Powerscourt Waterfall and Lough Tay while taking in the sights.
Michelle was taking a break from promoting her new movie, Wicked: For Good, which also stars the likes of Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo.
The film is slated for release almost a year to the day since Wicked Part One was released and sees the Malaysian actress play Madame Morrible.
Aside from her Wicklow visit, Michelle has been in Ireland recently for work as well as leisure.
Michelle is starring in the action movie The Surgeon, which was shot in Dublin and Wicklow this Autumn.
The film is written and directed by Roshan Sethi and will follow a retired surgeon who is abducted and forced to operate on a mystery patient.
Fans were quick to react to Michelle’s latest Instagram, sharing their love for her and the choice of location.
One user wrote: ‘Great photos in Wicklow. Love Powerscourt Waterfall and Glendalough. I love going hiking there every few weeks.’

Wicked: For Good is set to release on November 21 in Ireland.
It also stars Jeff Goldblum as The Wizard, Jonathan Bailey as Fiyero, Marissa Bode as Nessarose, Ethan Slater as Boq and Colman Domingo as The Cowardly Lion.
